Affiliate Programs - Top 5 Ways to Promote an Affiliate Program Ebook Product

One of the areas that I choose to do affiliate marketing in is information marketing. In particular, I like promoting eBooks since they provide easy of use, low cost, great information, and can be instantly obtained for reading by the customer. Over the years, I have tried different ways of promoting eBooks in different niches and have found that some ways are more successful than others.

I am going to give you the list of the top 5 ways I have been using to promote affiliate eBooks over the years. Now I am not saying that these are the best ways to promote affiliate eBooks but they have worked really well for me. There are other ways of promoting affiliate eBooks but I will not focus on those for now.

Top 5 Ways I Use To Promote Affiliate eBooks

1. Create And Host A Web Site Specific To That eBook.

When I find a really successful affiliate eBook, I like to create and host a web site that is specifically dedicated to the particular eBook. Now I only do this when the eBook is really well written and delivers on the promises made in the pitch page, the author has a good reputation, the eBook has good reviews from customers, the sales rate is high, and there is a high profit margin based on each sale. Sometimes I have found books that are out of my standard niche area but they meet my criteria and have sparked my interest. Almost every time, these eBooks has turned out to make me good money. So don't just limit yourself to one niche if you do happen to come across one that you think will work for you.

2. Create And Host A Web Site That Is A Directory of eBooks Associated With The Topic Of The Affiliate eBook

A few times I have created web sites that are more of a directory style that gives the user a list of different eBook products they can select from. Now I usually do this with the idea of promoting one or two main eBooks. So the web site has a list of eBooks associated with the affiliate eBooks' topic but I put the affiliate eBook at the top of the web site along with detailed reviews and other information on the eBooks that I am promoting. A few times, I have even gotten the eBook authors to allow me to provide the first chapter of the eBook along with additional information on the eBook that I use to help sell the eBook.

3. Create and Host A Blog That Is Dedicated To The eBook Or eBook Niche Topic

I personally like creating and hosting a blog that is dedicated to an eBook or eBook niche topic. For example, I was promoting a great eBook on Credit Repair. So I created a quick blog on the topic of Credit Repair and provided blog posts on the eBook and general posts on about Credit Repair. Other times, I have created a blog focused on one eBook that provided reviews, feedback, and an interview from the author about the eBook. I found these two techniques to be very successful when I found the right book to promote.

4. Submit An Article To An Ezine Directory About The eBook Or The Topic Of The eBook

Another pretty easy way to promote an Affiliate eBook is to write a small article (300-700 words) that you submit to an ezine directory. The article should focus on the topic of the eBook and lead the reader to your recommendation on the Affiliate eBook. Now some ezine directories will not let you put an Affiliate link in the article but will allow you to put in a write up about yourself with a link to your web site or blog. So the idea is to get the reader to click on that link which will then lead them to your web site or blog that will give them the ability to click on the link to get to the Affiliate eBook site.

5. Promote The eBook Through A Google Ad Campaign

Google ad campaigns can be very effective for promoting affiliate eBooks. For example, you can use Google AdWords to create ads for the Affiliate eBooks that will run based on the keywords that are chosen. So when a user does a search in Google and your ad is displayed, the user can click on the ad and then be taken to the pitch page for the affiliate eBook.
